A bridge illuminated with neon lights, nicely kept lake and a restaurant by the lake (Captains world). However, you may only chill there if you have defense reference. You will be asked about the referense once entering the Cantonment Area, and then again once you are entering Nirjhor Residential area. The guards can get specific such as what batch, or rank is the defense reference person you are referring to. They are quite strict.
